A Note on Our Response Times
As a small, family-led business, we handle every enquiry with the same care we put into our skincare.
Our team is available Monday to Friday (9 am – 5 pm), excluding Victorian public holidays. If you reach out over the weekend or after hours, we’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as we’re back in our apothecary the following business day. We aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 hours.
