Welcome to Kindred Apothecary. These terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the use of www.kindred-apothecary.com (the ‘Site’). This Site is owned, created, and operated by THE KINDRED APOTHECARY PTY LTD as an ecommerce store for natural soap and skincare.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Goods will be delivered through the following methods:

  • Standard (Australia): 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express (Australia): 1 to 4 business days.

  • International Airmail: 10 to 21 business days.

Important Delivery Notes:

  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • International Duties: Orders delivered outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for these payments; we recommend contacting your local customs office before purchasing.

  • Accuracy: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for goods delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

6. Liability & Consumer Protection

  • Consumer Law: Where the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) applies, these Terms will not limit your legal rights and remedies.
