Australian Shipping Rates

We want to get our botanical remedies into your hands as quickly and simply as possible.

• FREE Standard Shipping: On all Australian orders over $65.

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $10 for orders under $65.

• Express Shipping: $15 (for when you need relief fast).

Please note: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. All orders are hand-packed in our Melbourne apothecary and sent via Australia Post with full tracking. Our team dispatches on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding Victorian public holidays. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for tracking your parcel and ensuring someone is available to sign for it if required.
• Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is left unclaimed at the post office and returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply to have it sent back out to you.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. Kindred Apothecary is not responsible for shipping costs associated with incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.

International Orders

We love sharing our Australian-made skincare with the world. We offer a flat fee of $20 for all international orders.

• Timeline: Typically 10 to 21 business days.
• Note: This does not include customs processing delays, which are beyond our control. Any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
