Shipping and Delivery

Australian Shipping Rates

We aim to get orders to you simply and reliably, wherever you are in Australia.

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $85. A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under this amount.
• Express Shipping: $15, for when timing matters.

Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on location. Every order is hand packed at our Melbourne apothecary and sent via Australia Post with full tracking. Dispatch happens Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves us, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

• Tracking: We'd recommend keeping an eye on your parcel's progress and being available to sign for it if a signature is required.
• Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is left uncollected and returned to us, a small re shipping fee applies to send it out again.
• Address Accuracy: Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We're not able to cover shipping costs that arise from an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.

International Orders

We're glad to send our Melbourne made skincare beyond Australia. International orders are a flat $20, with delivery generally taking 10 to 21 business days.

Please note this timeframe doesn't account for customs processing, which sits outside our control, and that any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
